Sa isang article mula sa Philippine Educational Theater Association or PETA, ipinapakita dito na mayroon daw much-awaited return ang Rak of Aegis na nangsimula noong July at matatapos sa September 2019 sa PETA Theater Center. Ito ay naging posible dahil na rin sa partnership ng Organisasyon ng mga Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM) at ng PhilPop MusicFest Foundation (PhilPop).

Noong taong 2014 pa nang magsimulang i-take by storm ng Rak of Aegis ang Manila. Itong musical na ito ay para ipakita ang yaman ng musika ng OPM icons, ang bumubuo sa Aegis Band, dahil na rin sa kanilang mga hits na “Halik,” “Sinta,” “Basang Basa sa Ulan,” at marami pang iba.

Ngayong 2019, nasa Season 7 na ang Rak of Aegis kaya naman mas magandang i-celebrate at magbigay ng tribute sa Philippines music, performances at artistry.
